What makes your deep cleaning different

We offer a signature two-layer deep cleaning that goes beyond standard service:
    •    Layer One: A full scrub-down using antibacterial soap to remove dirt, grime, and bacteria.
    •    Layer Two: A second round using EPA-certified, industrial-strength multi-surface cleaners to disinfect and prevent cross-contamination.

We also bring a full range of brand-new, unused supplies to every job — including mops, pads, microfiber cloths, gloves, sponges, scrubbers, and other materials depending on the job. These supplies, along with labor, company fees, and insurance for our cleaners, are all factored into your quote.

Do you provide move-in and move-out cleaning?

Yes, we do — and we specialize in it. Move-in/move-out cleanings often require extra attention, especially when past renters leave behind buildup, stains, or odors. We clean everything from floors and windows to inside cabinets and appliances, ensuring the space is completely refreshed and ready for its next chapter.

Can I clean mold myself with bleach or store-bought cleaners?

No — bleach actually makes mold worse. When sprayed, mold sees it as a threat and releases airborne spores, which spread to other areas and start new colonies. Bleach only cleans the surface and pushes mold deeper into porous materials like drywall or wood.

Proper mold remediation requires multiple stages, including:
    •    Containment
    •    Safe material removal
    •    Surface disinfection
    •    Final fogging to kill airborne spores

Depending on the severity, remediation can take several days. DIY attempts often lead to mold coming back stronger.

What’s included in your flood cleanup service?

We use industrial equipment like rotary floor machines, HEPA vacuums, power washers, and EPA-registered disinfectants to clean and sanitize the area.

We eliminate bacteria and viruses such as:
    •    Leptospirosis
    •    E. coli
    •    Hepatitis A
    •    Norovirus
    •    Salmonella
    •    Rotavirus

We don’t perform water extraction or structural repairs, but we fully sanitize the space and prepare it for restoration.

What is fogging and when is it needed?


Fogging is a professional treatment used to eliminate airborne contaminants, including mold spores, bacteria, and strong odors. It’s not just for mold — we use different fogging solutions depending on what we’re treating, whether it’s:
    •    Mold and mildew
    •    Smoke or fire damage
    •    Pet odors
    •    Odors from decay or moisture

Are your cleaning products safe?

Yes. We only use high quality EPA-certified, industrial-strength disinfectants that are safe for homes and businesses. Let us know in advance if you need fragrance-free or eco-friendly options.

Do you offer spring cleaning and post-construction cleaning?

Yes.
    •    Spring cleaning is a full reset of your space after winter
    •    Post-construction cleaning removes dust, paint residue, debris, and more after renovations or builds

We use professional tools to leave the space spotless and ready.

What does the quote include?


Our quotes are flat-rate and all-inclusive, covering:
    •    Labor
    •    All cleaning supplies and tools (brand-new for each job)
    •    Industrial-grade equipment
    •    Company fee and scheduling
    •    Insurance for our cleaners

There are no surprise charges — everything needed for your selected service is included. If you request additional services or upgrades, those will be clearly discussed and added to your quote before booking. Final pricing depends on the type of service and the size or condition of the space.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and credit cards.
Please note: a 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments — this fee is charged by the credit card company.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking based on the service requested.

What are the steps to booking a service?


Booking is easy. Here’s how it works:
    1.    Contact us via call, text, or message with details about the service you’re looking for
    2.    We will always request a video of the space to provide an accurate online quote
    3.    Your flat-rate quote will be based on both the video and the specific package or areas you want included — unless it’s for mold or water damage, which may require an on-site inspection
    4.    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment
    5.    Once booked, we’ll schedule your service and send a reminder before your appointment

We keep the process clear, smooth, and professional from start to finish.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No — you don’t need to be home as long as we have access to the property. Many clients provide a lockbox code or allow us to sign in and out if the home is vacant. We’re flexible with access — just let us know what works for you.

We do require all valuables to be secured and put away in accordance with our service agreement, which is reviewed and signed before the appointment.

Do you offer same-day or emergency services?

In some cases, yes — especially for urgent issues like water damage or mold. Availability depends on our current schedule. Contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Are your services insured?

Yes. We are a fully registered and insured company. Our work is backed by liability coverage, and our cleaners are covered under company insurance for safety and protection.

Can I customize my cleaning package?

Absolutely. Every service can be customized to match your needs — whether you want to focus on specific rooms, include appliance cleaning, or add fogging and odor treatment. Just let us know what you’d like, and we’ll adjust your quote accordingly.

Do I need to be present when the service is finished?


Yes — we require all clients to be present at the end of the service to complete a walk-through with our team. This allows us to review the scope of work together and ensure everything has been completed according to the agreed-upon service. At the end of the walk-through, we ask that the client sign a completion form acknowledging that the service has been performed.

How long does a service usually take?

The duration depends entirely on the size, condition, and type of service being performed. Since every property is different, we do not provide exact time estimates.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes — we bring all our own supplies, tools, and industrial-grade equipment. Everything we use is high-quality and included in your quote. You don’t need to provide anything.

Do you offer standard or routine housekeeping services?

No — we do not offer standard housekeeping or recurring maid services. We specialize in deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, spring cleaning, mold remediation, water damage cleanup, fogging, and other specialized, professional-grade services.

All of our work is project-based and tailored to more intensive cleaning needs.

Do you offer odor removal or disinfecting services separately?

Yes — we offer fogging, odor removal, and disinfecting as stand-alone services or as add-ons to a larger cleaning job. These treatments are effective for post-smoking odors, pet smells, bacteria, and airborne contaminants. Let us know your specific needs when booking.

What areas do you service?

We service Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties.
We do not take on small cleaning jobs in Oakland or Macomb, but we do accept smaller mold remediation or water damage projects in those areas. We only service Oakland and Macomb for full property cleanups or larger projects like Mold Remediation or water damage.
